UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay. The payment is checked with the gateway, applied to the oldest instalment first and turned into the same receipt the office counter issues, all on its own. Nobody can pay more than is due, and a payment is never counted twice.

The driver starts the trip in the ESA Teacher app, and parents follow the bus on a map, live. As each child boards and gets off, their parents get a notification with the time and the stop. The bus is shown only while the child's trip is running, never after.

The right news reaches the right phone, and only that phone.
Absences, leave decisions, fee receipts and the school bus arrive as notifications. Signing out stops them at once, and a teacher or student signing in on a new phone is signed out of the old one. Frequently asked
How do parents get the app and sign in?
Your school shares the ESA HUB app link. A parent creates their own sign-in with the school code, the child's admission number and date of birth, and the mobile number the school has on record. Brothers and sisters appear together automatically.
How does online fee payment work?
Parents pay by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay, the school's payment gateway. ESA HUB checks the payment with the gateway, applies it to the oldest instalment first and issues the receipt straight away.
Do we need GPS devices for bus tracking?
No. The driver's phone is enough: they sign in to the ESA Teacher app and start the trip. If your buses already have GPS trackers that can send to a web address, they can be connected too.
Can parents see the bus all the time?
No. The bus is shown only while their child's trip is running, from when the driver starts it until it ends. Outside trips nothing is tracked.
Can we bring our existing student and staff data?
Yes. Students and staff can be imported from a spreadsheet, straight into their classes, and last year's unpaid fees can be carried forward.
Does it work for more than one campus?
Yes. Several schools can run on one platform, each with its own data, settings and academic years.
